### 2/5 — Caused errors

*2026-07-09*

TrueNAS reported errors until I remove the app due to API had issues with the latest version of TrueNAS 25.10. App worked fine on version 24.04 and 24.10

### 2/5 — Can not connect

*2026-04-07*

When trying to connect, I get the error „WS error id=10“ does ssl encryption work with this app?

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for the report — and yes, SSL is supported! The "WS error id=10" points to a WebSocket connection issue that was caused by the app not switching to the secure wss:// protocol when your TrueNAS is behind HTTPS. That's now fixed.

To connect over SSL:

In Settings, enter your server URL with https:// — e.g. https://your-nas-address:443
The app will automatically use encrypted WebSocket connections (wss://)
The fix will be available in the next update shortly. In the meantime, could you share your app logs? In Settings, scroll down to the debug log section and copy the output — it'll help confirm exactly where the connection is failing on your setup.

Sorry for the inconvenience!
