2.	Хурлын мэдээ, мэдээлэлийг авах:
•	Өдөр, сар, улирал, жилийн хурал номын мэдээг ном захиалгын апплекэйшинаас авах боломжтой.
•	Зүүн Хүрээ Дашчойлин хийдээс зохион байгуулж байгаа соён гэгээрүүлэх, хүмүүнлэг, байгаль хамгаалалын болон бусад үйл ажиллаагааны тухай мэдээлэлтэй танилцах боломжтой.

•	Дугаарт зогсож дараалал хүлээхгүй, цагаа хэмнэх; / Ялангуяа дүйцэн өдрүүдэд хялбар, шуурхай номоо захиалах боломжтой /
