The app said my Watch was synced and data would be available after a "short" delay for initial processing. My data never synced. Support said I need to set my workout type to Outdoor Run regardless of what I'm actually doing. Three sessions later, still no sync. Friggin useless app and tech "support." ### 4/5 — Cool App for Training ! *2025-06-10* I Luved it at first. After my 5th run, it quit & I got concerned. I contacted tech at DashLX, and expressed my concerns to Brooks customer service. Both were very helpful in getting my Apple devices and the app communicating. I like the way run results are displayed, and the Brooks connection. ### 1/5 — 🙄 *2025-06-06* I Luved it at first. After my 5th run, it won’t record anything I do ! No help from developer. Don’t waste your time…. Brooks wants it to work, but has nothing to do with it. No response from the developer. I’ve checked settings, deleted & reloaded. No clear way or instructions to sync account, poor user interface and even agree 2 months of trying to sync data with brooks running, app shows data synced but nothing is available on dash site or brooks. Horrible horrible gobble. Should be taken of the App Store ### 2/5 — Poor quality, doesn’t sync correctly *2024-03-28* After several attempts to get my runs synced and messaging the dashlx customer service I got my runs to sync, they were doing fine, syncing daily then stopped. If you expect a response from customer service soon it doesn’t happen, about a week after you email you get a reply.
