They keep making updates to increase the flexibility of the system. Highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Coach *2026-06-08, version 2.7.0* Best system I have used. I had the originals, worked great, upgraded to blue years later, worked ok, upgraded to silver and it doesn’t time the same like the algorithm is off. I have done THOUSANDS of run throughs. Call customer service to get help and guy (Brett I think) just says “we have 5000 silvers out and there isn’t a problem yet. Instead of actually troubleshooting just insinuates that it’s my problem. I tell him I will try again and will call back if trouble persists….and he just hangs up one me!!! Seriously? I spend thousands over the years and this is how a customer is treated. We ran an event yesterday for an a former NFL defensive back. We used 3 sets of gates looking to track 10/20/40 split times. App failed after the first 20 minutes of timing. We had to use hand times.
