So I did This morning I called at 8:05 asking if the driver was enroute they said the reservation had be cancelled that I can’t use the app to book a trip from the Bronx to manhatten. That they wouldn’t honor the price given by the app that it would be $8 dollars more. I said that’s fine. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and he returned to let me know that no one would be coming. Very unprofessional, very discourteous and very rude. And if it turns out my dog cannot be seen because they decided to cancel my reservation without notice because the app charged me $8 dollars less than they would have liked. People requesting base cabs should already know they don't accept credit cards. I give this app 5 stars because unlike uber you don't get charged an arm and leg for a simple cab ride, and these are drivers who are already experienced in the area. Love it, and I never review apps lol. ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever! *2015-07-24, version 2.0* I loved DAT until I requested a credit card cab and when I got to my destination, I find out it's not a credit card cab. I call the base and the guy was telling me nonsense when clearly there was proof. I walked out without paying! Not my problem! But I feel like I hijacked the cab driver and I feel sooooo bad for her! She was good so nothing against her. But they were wrong and they know it!
