Then I refresh the page and The page disappears :; back to old page $-1.2-1.4-1.6-1.9-2 :(? is there you have to pay extra or a different persons or big company has access to that ? who has access to the other page ? And I tried to book every time Loads on that page appears never can reach anyone. It’s like dimension. And who can post the loads on your system? There’s sometimes a company posting a load 20-50 times or $10 per mile all fake. ### 1/5 — Billing issue *2025-12-02* They have a major issue with connecting your card, when I call Customer Service they really repeat the same thing over and over telling you that it’s an issue with your bank when clearly there’s no problem after trying three banks all using my cards at the same time as clearly a problem on their end and they don’t want to take responsibility for it. I found it extremely frustrating as a customer that she representatives will not help at all. I finally did find somebody to resolve the issue, but the representatives on the phone and tell me the same thing over and over that it’s my problem with my bank literally there’s no problem with my bank. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration you experienced with your payment method and the support you received. I called DAT to at least block this broker for me so I don’t see their loads since I don’t do business with them anyway and they told me I have to upgrade my subscription plan to be able to block a broker. This is beyond ridiculous. So my only option was to cancel my subscription and move to another load board. FDAT. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I wasted money on my subscription and now need to find an app that is geared toward actually helping EVERYONE grow their business. We now spend more time verifying whether load postings are legitimate than actually booking loads. DAT was once an excellent and reliable tool for the trucking industry, but the growing presence of fraudulent activity is diminishing its value. Unless stronger measures are implemented to detect and prevent scams, this platform may no longer be a viable option for professional carriers and brokers. **Developer response:** We share your safety concerns, and are committed to continually improving our security moving forward. I am a broker and it seems like my app is stuck in carrier mode or something because it only lets me search for posted loads and everything else is geared towards being a carrier. 2 stars for now until I can see that the apps works for both brokers and Carriers. The issue is that once you do that it takes you back to log in screen over and over after submitting your verified user and password. I have an iPhone 8 which works perfectly fine a day ago but this update requires iOS 17.0 or greater which iPhone 8 can not achieve. Your tech support guy suggested I use the web based system but it is so glitchy as to be nearly useless. Very unhappy about this. I drove a load across 8 states and now I’m out 3k. When I reported it to them I got no response. I have been using truck stop for a year and never had this happen. I only decided to give them a try because a broker told me they post loads to DAT first and then after half an hour before posting on Truckstop. It is inaccurately higher. You increase the amount of the paying load by $50 and the profit estimator shows less than the original paying amount instead of more.
