Had a notification at 14:20 saying it had been cancelled. Phoned the operator who had said the system had cancelled it because they may of been too busy. Tried my home post code, no valid addresses apparently - perhaps my entire neighborhood has washed away. Tried work post code, seems I'm sitting in a field despite what my eyes are telling me. We phoned 3 times, each time being told it was 10 mins away. Eventually they told us there had never been a taxi anywhere close to us (they had lied to us on each call) and they couldn’t send one at all, without taking any responsibility and speaking to me incredibly condescendingly. I understand they were busy but don’t advertise and book ‘available’ vehicles if you’re that busy. As I’d booked so many times they did eventually ring me and told me it would be an hour and a half wait, why not just say that on the app? My fare wasn’t the biggest so maybe that had an impact on the service although one of our party wasn’t able to walk far hence our need for a taxi.
