It takes ages for it to sync with your actual 2degrees balance. ### 3/5 — Happy with the app, data piñata needs a little improvement *2024-12-22, version 4.4.4* Make it so within the app you have a code (even a cycling code) that is used for the data piñata game instead of the tedious process of inputting your phone number -> waiting for the confirmation text (which can take over 30 seconds) -> inputting confirmation code then being allowed to whack the piñata. It would be so much easier if you just had a code already Even better include the game within the app itself! The data Piñata it lets me smash it and then when I go to Data Clock it says I need a new plan but I’ve got a plan and I just bought a new plan to see if it’s still not working and it’s still not working. I’ve updated the app I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it. I used my free one hour to hotspot my tablet to download material for my course. On the 21st I bought a $19 plan and now, on the 24th I'm back down to zero data, and back to not being able to access data clock. The result is an experience that feels inconvenient and unnecessary, taking up storage space for something most users only need occasionally. Instead of simplifying things, this has made them more complicated. Honestly, I’d like to know who in your marketing or product team thought this was an efficient idea, because from a user’s perspective, it isn’t. Due to a high volume of people using the app in the holiday seasons, 2 degrees purposely logs people out of data clock to maintain their data usage and cuts access off for this period until less users are using the app. So beware that if you top up to use the data clock that you will have no access over the holiday period, when you need it most….. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work - major bug *2025-12-11, version 4.16.0* Tried using it after a break.
