No way to communicate with them

My son was using my phone and he accidentally purchased their premium membership. I wanted to talk to someone but they is no way of communicating with the people who own or run the App. So if I had an error or needed advice there no support at all.

Vor einigen Monat habe ich einen Code eingelöst, der mir eine Lifetime Nutzung ermöglichen sollte. Nach einigen Wochen wurde diese einfach ohne mein Hinzutun gelöscht. Ein App- Support ist zwar per Button vorhanden, wird aber nicht geöffnet! Müll!!!
