Booked a taxi from railway 
Station. 20 mins later got a message saying taxi cancelled. Contacted office.  Finally got one to arrive after 30 mins waiting

Its just gotten worse. The search button doesn’t even work and I honestly can’t remember the last time any of their taxis were on time. From 15-20 minutes late almost every time. I’d understand if I booked at the last second or something but not I could book a few hours in advance but no, still very late.. every time.

No point in this app, taxis are still late no matter what time you book them for or how far in advanced you book. 
Total waste of time and effort.

The app requires you to confirm your mobile number but it doesn't send you the confirmation code.
Tried sending it a second time and still the same.
Means the app is useless.

It’s really good. Quick and easy if you don’t want to phone up. The only problem I’ve encountered with it is how sensitive the app can me. Twice I’ve accidentally cancelled my booking. I’d put the cancel booking button somewhere else. Easy to accidentally cancel your booking. Apart from that all good 👌🏼

I really like the app, it tells you how long it’ll be allows you to choose what type of car and you can track it too. Brilliant
