• Water Tracking
Track your daily water intake as a first-class macro. The AI Coach automatically estimates water in everything you log.

• Caffeine Tracking
The coach estimates caffeine in your coffee, tea, and energy drinks. Set an optional daily limit and see today's total in the macro header.

• Alcohol Tracking (UK units)
Log drinks in UK units — 1 unit = 10ml pure ethanol. The coach computes units from volume and ABV and proactively suggests food and water when you're drinking on an empty stomach.

• Check-ins: Mood, Energy, Sleep, Gut, and more
Rate how you're feeling on a 1–10 scale any time. The coach listens for feeling signals in conversation and records them automatically.

• Hangover Prevention & Morning-After Check-ins
Drinking on an empty stomach triggers a casual food + water suggestion. The next morning the coach asks how you're feeling and builds a correlation dataset to personalize advice over time.

• Workout-Adjusted Goals
