As things stand now, I have paid Databox $1,910 to use their "free" plan through March of 2027 and am not entitled to any full or prorated refund. Unfair and shady business practices, in my opinion, by Databox and not in line with how other subscription based companies operate. ### 1/5 — Google sign in doesn't work *2019-05-15, version 2.3.53* Google sign in doesn't work ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-05-03, version 2.3.53* Could not live with out the app. Now 100% does not work. Get an error message that there is no internet connection at login (there was internet connection). Even social sign in with Google does not work. The value of databox to me is is to keep track of my business on the go. Very disappointing. ### 2/5 — I guess it would be good if it worked *2019-03-06, version 2.3.51* So I created and account then sometime later opened the app and got a message “error: account deleted” so I logged out and tried to sign back in but it did not allow me. Then I decided to register a new account but that did “nothing” when I clicked the button. I’m also very skeptical of these apps thAt want you to log in with via your social media accounts. Anyway based on the description it looks awesome but I can’t get it to work so out it goes. ### 3/5 — When it works, it’s great *2024-11-27, version 3.10.1* Databox is an excellent tool when it works. Visualizations and functionality are just as good, if not better, than most other data visualizers out there. Unfortunately the biggest drawback is that getting the tool to load is often a waiting game. It should not take beyond 15 seconds to load anything, but it can take as long as 10-15 minutes which, in most cases, is totally unacceptable. I would use it more if that were fixed, but until it is fixed, its use will be limited. ### 3/5 — Great app with room for improvement *2024-11-26, version 3.10.1* Databox is a fantastic application. I love how it’s structured and how clearly the data is visualized. I’ve been using both the web and mobile versions for the past two years, and they’ve become essential tools for my daily workflow. However, I’ve noticed that the mobile version has some issues. Sometimes, when I open the app, it takes longer than expected to load the data, even with an internet connection of over 200 Mbps. This often forces me to restart the app to resolve the issue. I’m sharing this not as a criticism, but as constructive feedback to help improve an already excellent tool. Keep up the great work! ### 4/5 — Awesome Tool *2021-07-10, version 2.3.66* Having all your business metrics on your phone in a slick app is awesome. One small complaint - the date filters frequently bug out and occasionally the graph totals are wildly inaccurate reporting only 1 days of data. Google Analytics, Adsense, YouTube all in one app? Even google didn’t do that. So happy with the social stats as well like twitter followers.
