This is definitely the worse pay app I ever used.  It doesn’t work on my new phone and I can’t even have access to the app and payslip.  It’s beyond ridiculous and dumb to be honest.

I haven’t been able to login for a long time now due to apparently my login was registered to another device, which is BS. Then they manage to send me a link and it finally work for a couple of weeks then the same issue happens. I lost faith. Then couples of weeks ago I change to a new iPhone then I ask our payroll admin here at work to contact Datacom to resolve this issue. Apparently Datacom confirmed to her that I should’ve received an email from them that has a reset link so I can use the app again, guess what? I haven’t received anything at all.  -_-  Issues after issues on this app.

When I bought a new phone and tried logging-in after installation, it says authentication failed. Login registered with another device and there is no way to resolve this issue.  Waste of time.

Why is the Payslips that the app send to your email has a password then opening in a different device you have to call the admin well they should remove the password you will always need to call admin anyways. This another case of people overthinking stuff .

All of sudden, I can’t login to my pay app and an error saying that “my account is registered on another device”. Like how is it possible? The administrator at work, contact the Datacom and they manage to fix the issue by sending me a reset link. After couple of days ago, the issue is back again. -_- Fix your app!!!

The application doesn't integrate with the iPhone security system. Asking for the pin, after that for the second-factor code, instead of using Face ID.

After updating and enabling MFA, I get an error code displaying “Authentication failed, as the account is registered on another device.” I cannot log in at all and I have only registered my account on one device! I even tried logging in through the computer but no luck too.

This is most likely one of the worst pay apps my colleagues and I have ever used. Crashes constantly and is too overly complicated in an already complicated work place. I would hope there are minions somewhere on the planet that are hard at work making sure that this app becomes better to use, or at least working hard to shut it down. If not loose all hope now.

If there are any people out there reading this, your managers sitting in their comfy offices have managed to hoodwink you into downloading this ridiculous app onto your personal phone so that you do all the work instead of them.

Rebel against the system everyone.

Bought a new iPhone, tried to login, get a 'bad request' error, can't reset, nothing, no help or FAQ on the website, poorly written app.

This app is great, you log in and for a few short hours, its clunky layout kind of gets you where you need to be.

Then, brilliantly, you’re logged out randomly and met with a repeating message stating ‘bad request’. Can’t log in. Cool.

Thankfully, there’s an amazing fix, simply reinstall the app, log back in and have it work for another few hours before running into the convenient ‘bad request’ all over again.

Thank you Datacon MyPain, might I request something in return: literally any other application so that I can view my payslip without making me feel like catapulting my phone into the stratosphere.

It’s really easy to apply for leave when you think of it rather than trying to remember to do it later.
And best of all, it doesn’t rely on Adobe Flash (so it still works, unlike their web site!!)

If I click into view leave for my team. The default dates go back 1 month and forward to a random date. Do I not have the ability to set a better default? Customise? If I view approved leave it doesn’t come up with the person who’s next on leave at the top. Instead it appears to be based on amount of leave?
