Requirements. Has the requirements changed ? No matter if you have funds in your account and will not let you retrieve them. This is more than a buyer beware! I have asked numerous times to reactive my account. If you want an app that prevents you from your funds, than this is the app for you. I have all the emails that state my account is shutdown because they can. I will show anyone who wants/needs to see. I will be taking legal action if they do not open my account back. No way to secure the account as everyone is overseas with support nonexistent.
