Requirements. Has the requirements changed ? Any help would be greatly appreciated ### 3/5 — Usually Good *2023-02-10, version 5.0.4* The app is usually good but for the past week or two it can’t find my miners nor have they’ve mined anything in the past couple weeks if the app is correct. Too many bugs. Can’t log in anymore with same credentials and 2Fa. This is very important! Hooked up my hardware as instructed, got the (literal) green light, and then DD doesn’t see the miner, or recognize any of the tokens I invested in its wallet to kickstart the mining process— so far, a giant goose egg is all I have to show for a ballpark 3500 dollar investment. Please reach out to us at https://discord.gg/G68QVgkZ3r. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2023-03-05, version 5.0.4* Device cost a lot and now only mines 2 cents a day the devs don’t want to talk to you they kicked me from telegram you won’t be able to resell your device without spending 500 bucks and writing an essay about why …it’s a all around trash system and don’t try to mine dhx no where to sell it they claim you can mine bitcoin ha that’s a joke I’m lucky I cashed out all my mxc when it was 10 cent a mxc so after investing in this I walked away with my device cost and an extra 1200 bucks and I just unplug this thing I won’t aid their crap anymore **Developer response:** We are building a smart city, this is the largest Web3 IoT network, please take a look at what you just commented, you know nothing about MXC. ### 1/5 — Do not download *2023-01-31, version 5.0.4* This company will block your login when/if they have an issue with you. No matter if you have funds in your account and will not let you retrieve them. This is more than a buyer beware! I have asked numerous times to reactive my account. If you want an app that prevents you from your funds, than this is the app for you. I have all the emails that state my account is shutdown because they can. I will show anyone who wants/needs to see. I will be taking legal action if they do not open my account back. Please check around regarding this company! ### 1/5 — Scam! Be Aware *2022-03-22, version 2.0.7* Had my Match X Pro Miner running for 1 month in the US. This morning DataDash account was hacked and all tokens withdrawn. No way to secure the account as everyone is overseas with support nonexistent. Do not use this app, you’re just giving them keys to your wallet. ### 1/5 — Terrible interface *2022-02-23, version 2.0.6* Why is there no option to type in how many tokens you’re transferring. It is only a slider. This is a terrible user experience and leads to you have to overdraw the about you actually want to transfer. A recent article released by MXC regarding fees for transfers of all kinds on the platform being covered by the foundation being the reason for the transfer fees off the miner costing so much. Maybe that would go down if people could precisely remove the exact amount of tokens they want to transfer instead of removing more than they want to, transferring the actual amount they want to and then transferring the remaining balance back to the miner. It would be better for the foundation and faster, easier, better from a UX perspective. Tokens are more or less discrete items, why would you implement something that is best suited to nondiscrete quality adjustment. **Developer response:** Hi it is not punishment, it is PoP mining , to make the network stable, if everyone just mine for nothing like other projects do, it will be dead. ### 1/5 — Wallet charges $200 withdrawal fee. Subpar *2022-01-26, version 2.0.5* Buggy as they come. Refresh issue continues without support or updates from developers. Wallet locks your funds by charging a $200 withdrawal fee penalty. Once you tranfer crypto into this wallet and subsequently decide to transfer ANY amount back out to an exchange, you are charged a punitively high withdrawal fee of 2500 mxc which at today’s price equates to $187 usd. This withdrawal penalty gets worse as the value of mxc goes up. It is a flat rate fee denominated in mxc. Can’t swap any crypto for mxc token, which they require to mine bitcoin, doesn’t work with Google Authenticator, which is required to unstake mxc, 2FA, required, not optional. Problem is they don’t tell you this until you try to unstake. I have had the miner for two days and still can’t figure out why I’m getting the error message. I did everything right, but when I scan the QR Code in the miner from the DataDash app it gives me an error message saying “gateway model MX1902 is not supported on supernode.” What?? Two days of earnings lost so far….. ### 1/5 — MXC Coins not updating *2021-06-13, version 1.11.0* Since the Last App Update, My MXC coins are not updating and showing zero. Last update brought new things but it seems to break the basic functionality. Plug it in, scan the barcode and start mining !! No LAG tbh and the dark mode make it easier on the eyes. It’s super easy to see your data at a glance. I check it once or twice a day to see miner status and MXC earned.
