La aplicación se cierra varias veces

Cada vez q intento generar un cobro, la aplicación se cierra o se crashea y debo hacer varias veces el proceso hasta q funcione sin que se caiga la aplicación. Esto hace que tome mucho tiempo generar un cobro (30min o más) y a veces hace q se hagan cobros duplicados. Generando malestar a los clientes y usuarios. Por favor corregir.
