It would also be nice if we got movement detection notifications through the app as an option instead of just having a limited number of text messages. Also the map could do with being a bit more accurate as I’m finding the bike location is always 5-8 meters away from the actual location. ### 2/5 — Still pretty unreliable app. *2024-12-01, version 2.3.30* Unfortunately the app displays battery voltage information that differs from the web page- you need to fully close down the iOS app and open it back up for it to display the latest data. ### 3/5 — Day Stats *2024-08-10* The app is good but when I go on an adventure ride with mates it would be great if it could have option to show the whole journey on the map for that day instead of the individual legs. Yep we stop for fuel, we stop for coffee and rest stops; I don't want to just see the individual stages, I want to see the whole trip. Hey and wouldn’t it be nice to see the total mileage for the whole day rather than have to manually sum up the mileage for each of the legs. Is the person scoping the features actually a rider because if so they’d know we want stats for the complete ride! ### 2/5 — Annoying app *2024-07-02, version 2.3.21* A. It demands access to Bluetooth every damn time you load the app! Why? B. There is no way to cancel your subscription once you sign up, this isn’t mentioned anywhere in the app, website or the manual .. you have to phone them ### 2/5 — Not that good *2024-06-27, version 2.3.20* Had this fitted just over a month now, it’s not very good as tracker over 40 miles now on several trips and it’s not logged several journeys and it’s not tracked my vehicle, and now it’s showing vehicle at home ignition on and the vehicle is parked 10 miles away, got no faith now ### 2/5 — Unable to reset pin *2023-07-20* Whilst the app works fine, logging back in to the app is very difficult. I have had to go through the process of resetting the password and now as I cannot for the life of me remember my pin I can not access the app whatsoever now. This is because I cannot find a rest/forgotten button for the pin no. So for now the app is totally U/S ### 2/5 — A big disappointment *2023-03-13* Where do I start , there is so much wrong with this app constantly changes settings I programmed so I get text alerts which cost in bundles you buy when I put in lowest setting next day changed back to default , I set no text alerts and I still get messages , 5 attempts to contact tech managed to get through once certainly will be complaining to Honda as they recommended this tracker with my new bike , got two stars as very accurate where my location is ### 4/5 — Works pretty well *2023-02-11, version 2.2.13* Works as it should and provides a lot of information Although I’d like to know what the company does with the speed data they capture (is it shared with the police) ### 5/5 — Datatool *2023-01-26, version 2.2.13* Excellent product giving me peace of mind knowing my quad is safe. Hopefully I won’t need to use the service in anger. ### 5/5 — Happy upgrade *2023-01-09* My approach to motorbike security is lock it, lock it, lock it, but I’m also a fan of tracking devices. They offer great peace of mind when it comes to rapid vehicle recovery, should the worst happen. I’ve recently upgraded my TrakKing unit to the latest Stealth model from Scorpion Automotive and am delighted with the upgrade. Happy also to reuse the old unit, fitting to our family car. Winner winner, chicken dinner as they say….🤓 ### 2/5 — Tracker depletes battery and lack of app battery charge updates *2022-12-15* Power hungry tracker! App used to tell me on a daily basis what my battery charge state was, which was really useful as this tracker is power hungry, emptying battery every 2 weeks. Ok in summer coz the bike gets ridden but in winter? Annoying. Its not just my bike, but everyone’s bike. Unusable *2025-05-27, version 2.4.1* Ten hours ago they updated this app for “bug fixes”. Now the app constantly crashes and is unusable. It’s not fit for purpose. ### 1/5 — Lumpy *2025-04-12, version 2.3.39* Have such a problem between app & bike . It’s very slow to react to changes. May not renew subscription. Had many contacts with them lots of apologies wanting to put me through to customer services but it’s a technical issue. O well . ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-10-07* The app constantly crashes, you cannot delete alerts when they are cleared, motion settings constantly shows „loading”. Journey history is often lost and reappears from nowhere. Also no matter which map you choose Apple or Google location is wayyyy off(it might be a 4G/3G issue so it is not a big deal) Any way it is not cheap to use, there are limited amounts of sms available on alerts. I give one star just because of perfect response from the helpdesk.
