No idea what is going on here. ### 1/5 — In 2025 this app is still unusable garbage *2025-10-31* Great service, yet somehow this app is completely incompatible with iOS. It’s unusable trash and they should be ashamed ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-09-25* You can’t see anything because of the color they selected the background is the same color as the text font. I can’t believe this website belongs to First american. If I could see what the text says, I believe it would provide no more than one percent of what’s available on the desktop website. Simply invest in an adequate upgrade for this app. Many Real estate professionals use iPads due to the portability. Super jank ### 1/5 — Crash, Crash, Crash *2021-09-27* App crashes when you toggle showing anything overlayed on the map; APN, owner’s name, or sq footage. Crashed in iOS 13, iOS 14, and now iOS 15. On an iPhone 7plus and and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The DataTree web interface works great. Apparently Apple isn’t given real DataTree login credentials because otherwise they’d see it’s unstable. ### 1/5 — White font on an off white background *2021-07-14* Change the font from white to black, and you have a functional app. ### 1/5 — How could I give it a higher score? *2020-11-21* So, this app appears to generally give the same info as the online plate form....I think. The main problem is that all the font is in WHITE with a WHITE background! See the problem with this? Would love to be able to change that, can’t figure out and can’t get an answer. But there SURLEY has to be a cure for this.
