CAlarm is an alarm app for people who don't want to miss a specific day — a shift, a hospital appointment, an anniversary. You set the date and time, and it rings. The built-in iOS alarm only takes a time of day, so it cannot ring on “April 15 at 2:30 PM” alone. CAlarm can, and it shows full-screen even on the lock screen.
