DATEV SmartLogin ist der Schlüssel zu Ihren vertraulichen Daten in der DATEV Online-Welt.

Scannen Sie bei der Anmeldung in den DATEV Online-Anwendungen einfach den QR-Code mit Ihrer SmartLogin App ab und schon sind Sie angemeldet.

Durch ein Passwort schützen Sie Ihre SmartLogin-App vor unerlaubter Benutzung durch Dritte schon beim App-Start.

Die Verwendung der DATEV SmartLogin-App auf einem jailbroken iOS-Device ist verboten!

Wichtiger Hinweis:
Um schon den Versuch eines Betrugs ("Phishing") von vornherein auszuschließen, beachten Sie:
 
• Geben Sie Ihr Passwort stets nur in der DATEV SmartLogin-App auf Ihrem Smartphone ein. DATEV wird Sie nie auffordern, Ihr Passwort anderswo (z.B. auf Webseiten, in E-Mails) einzugeben.
 
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass im Browser am PC-Bildschirm tatsächlich die Webseite für die Anmeldung in der Online-Anwendung der DATEV dargestellt wird, bevor Sie den QR-Code scannen. DATEV wird Sie nie auffordern, den QR-Code anderswo (z. B. aus E-Mails, anderen Anwendungen oder Apps) zu scannen. Wenn Sie den QR-Code versehentlich doch anderswo gescannt haben, melden Sie sich in der SmartLogin-App in den Einstellungen mit 'Browsersitzungen abmelden' wieder ab.
 
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie sich mit dem App-Login nur in offiziell von DATEV freigegebenen Apps anmelden. Informationen zu den Partnern und den verifizierten Apps finden Sie auf dem DATEV-Marktplatz.

App won’t go beyond opening loading screen, despite deletion and re-installation on two different iPhones.

When working in the the past, I have found the login process for DATEV tedious and overly complicated.

### 5/5 — QR Code Scan ohne Funktion

Der QR Code Scan ist aktuell ohne Funktion. Das Bild bleibt Schneeweiss. Berechtigungen sind gesetzt. IPhone 15 pro Max. Die Letzte Aktualisierung war eben. Bisher lief der Scan fehlerfrei.

Edit: Der Workaround vom Support den Code mit der normalen Kamera zu scannen und sich anzumelden hat funktioniert. Außerdem hat der Support schnell reagiert.

Bonus: Ich hatte das Problem heute in einer weiteren App. Nach einem Neustart des Smartphones war wieder alles normal.

Funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Anmeldung funktioniert meist zuverlässig. Es gab vor ein paar Monaten ab und an das Problem, dass häufiger die Meldung kam: „Sie sind nicht mit dem Internet verbunden“ nach dem man aber erneut auf einloggen geklickt hat, ging es dann immer. Der Fehler scheint behoben oder meine Internetverbindung hat sich verbessert ☺️

Update: Nach dem App-Update wieder ohne Probleme nutzbar. Leider war der Hilfe-Artikel zum Zeitpunkt des Problems noch nicht auffindbar.

Ursprüngliche Rezension: Die App hatte bisher problemlos funktioniert. Nach dem Umstieg auf ein iPhone 15 Pro ist die App nicht mehr nutzbar und stürzt ab, sobald man bei der Registrierung auf weiter drückt.

UPDATE: Wenige Tage nach meiner Rezension wurde das Problem durch ein Update behoben - daher 5 Sterne…

Die App funktioniert aktuell nicht auf der neuesten Generation des iPhone Pro Max. Leider stürzt die Anwendung immer dann ab, wenn versucht wird, auf die Kamera zuzugreifen… Scheint so, als müsste die App noch auf das neue iPhone angepasst werden. Auf meinem iPhone 14 Pro Max klappt nämlich alles wunderbar…
