This new app isn’t great. Before it showed up to date payments and balance, now it runs 24-48hrs behind. How can an update be worse than its predecessor? You should call it a downdate. And stop charging so much. It’s hard enough for small businesses

Datman is the only company exist in this market who is still robbing businesses and individuals like me. I have signed up with foodhub(an online food ordering platform). I have been told that everyweek i have to pay £20 towards datman account maintaining fee which is way too much for anyone. Last week,I started using foodhub for online ordering. I was expecting payment from datman this week and i got that payment but it was not that amount which was showing on my accounting application. Datman deduct £150 for setting up my account. Wth, when I contacted them they told me that this is a fee and every client has to pay this. I mean is there somebody or any authority who can ask them this loot? New businesses struggling hard to survive and these A.H***s are ripping us. Ffs stop looting people.
