## What is Datta Kriya Yoga?

Datta Kriya Yoga (DKY) is developed and taught by His Holiness Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji for many decades.  It is now available in an easy and simple format to incorporate yoga into your daily schedule.  Yoga is focused on time-based instructions and practice making it easy to do anytime.

DKY app lets you select different types of yogas including daily yogic exercises, mudras, hand postures, poses, and meditation all in one app. A special section concentration on yoga for medical ailments is present. Easily learn how to do yoga at the workplace right from your chair. It also incorporates videos and information on yogic health and nutrition that can help get you to the next level of spirituality.

Daily live streaming of Datta Kriya Yoga is incorporated into the app so that you won’t miss a minute of it.  All daily classes will be available for you to view even if you are unable to do the live stream.  The DKY app is a holistic app and has a different tier structure from beginners to advanced levels. The goal of the DKY app is to achieve inner balance and to channel that inner energy to reflect it in your daily life.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Best yoga app I have ever used. There’s something for everyone no matter what level the user is. Very user friendly and thoughtfully designed. There are even modules designed based on the ailments a user might suffer and I myself have seen a huge difference in my sleep and activity levels in just a few days.
