## What is Datum Tools?

Datum is built and tested with licensed architects and active developers.

Datum Tools is a suite of tools for architects, developers, brokers, bankers, students, teachers, and more. Use Datum to estimate the cost of a project, the architecture fee, what a site can hold, what code requires, and more.

Build: Quickly study building scale, site capacity, FAR, parking analysis, and building heights and construction types.

Code: Understand construction type and framing (wood, steel, concrete), egress stair counts, and plumbing fixture counts easily, cited to the IBC.

Cost: Quickly understand order-of-magnitude cost and market-based estimates, exportable as a PDF. The tool will rough estimate a host of building types.

Optimized for the planning stages of design and development.
