I love the food. Every time I try to place an order on the app. My home address comes up as unrecognizable. I always have to order the food from Uber eats.

I downloaded the app and tried to use it about 40 min before the restaurant closes. It would only allow me to order for the “future”.  Instead I ordered over the phone as usual. I asked at the restaurant when the app stops allowing same day orders and was told nobody knows. So I deleted it.

App is cumbersome. Also, if you get a notification  that the order is ready, it probably won’t be. I assumed that they control the order is ready part, but it’s really just an estimate and last three times I came in, it was not ready. Even though the app said so.

Very outdated. 2019, you can find better developers. Not easy to navigate, and singing in is pointless since your ar  asked your info at checkout anyway. Singing out clear your cart, which is annoying. Please research apps of recent generations of phones.

This app is nearly unusable as it is. It’s 2019, the fact that this app isn’t updated for modern displays is inexcusable.

Doesn’t sync from my iPad to my phone.  Doesn’t let me paste my credit card info from my password vault.  It doesn’t have a legit iPad version so it’s portrait only on the iPad. Why bother?

Davanni’s would be served well to research Chick-fil-A and Panera on how to design an app to order food. Frustrated with not being able to navigate backwards, for instance, I wanted to change from delivery to pick up and there was no way to do it without closing down the app. Very frustrating and not intuitive.

Lots of bugs.  Very slow response.  It gave me an error twice and sent me back to the beginning 3x.  Just call in your order

Not a big fan of the app. It’s useable and that’s about it. I wish they’d update it but apps cost money to make and we’re not talking about a Fortune 500 company here so I accept that this is what we get. But I don’t have to be happy about it 😁
