Dave has a good way of explaining things when you know very little

The info that’s published on it is pretty informative, but after you have it for a couple months all the weekly workouts are pretty much the same so you don’t need it. He uses to answer questions daily, now it takes two or three days before he responds to anything and it’s a pretty non descriptive, bland response

The app is great on an iPhone accept audio is spotty at best.  Most of the videos play without sound.  It does does not adapt at all to IPad or tablet.  Fantastic content but the developer leaves a lot to be desired.
