They shut the HSA card off constantly. The previous company we went through was so easy to work with. Davevic requires a receipt for every single thing, even when you’re picking up prescriptions AT the pharmacy. I wish we could switch. If you misspell one word or input one incorrect item they will kick back your reimbursement. Such a pain to deal with.
