Often needs restarting, struggles to log on, then clarity of what’s not working not clear often ### 1/5 — Très perfectible *2025-05-14, version 3.4.9* Cette application est très perfectible aussi bien ergonomiquement, fonctionnellement que techniquement. Je ne parle meme pas de l’agacement de devoir se reconnecter très souvent sans aucune mémorisation des identifiants. ### 1/5 — Complètement buggée *2024-07-11, version 3.4.2* Impossible de se connecter, erreur mot de passe ou email, quand on fait mot de passe oublié, on rentre son adresse et ça nous remet adresse ou mot de passe invalide. Des fois ça marche, très souvent non. I put in my email address and password then click continue and nothing happens. No error message, nothing and trying to click continue again almost seems to not even click. What should be good has too many bugs. It’s a reasonable way to look at fairly realtime observations but I’ll echo the other reviewer that at this point: 1. Probe settings don’t work now. You can’t see them nor change them from the app. 2. Can’t select or change schedule view from the app. That means if I turn on the pump and system by app in manual mode, I can only switch it off not return it to a schedule mode. Ie I now need to go to the physical unit to put it back on schedule mode again. Poor. ### 2/5 — App developers please read! Scheduling no longer works with the latest update *2023-11-10, version 3.2.0* The latest update has broken the ability to run the system on a schedule - an essential feature. In my app their is a blank row where I previously turned on and off the schedule. In addition, both this and the previous version doesn’t display any options when clicking into the ‘probe’ settings. And clicking on some of the menu items in ‘Settings’ causes the app to close. The actual system is great and app is easy to use but these bugs are a big negative - please fix! ### 3/5 — Réglage de l’orp *2025-06-16, version 3.4.9* Impossible de régler une cible ORP en dessous de 600 depuis l’application alors que c’est possible depuis l’appareil directement… C’est vraiment embêtant car ça rend les réglages à distance impossibles. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Good but some features missing *2022-10-23, version 3.1.0* I can almost manage everywhere from my phone except the manual % of output when the ORP sensor is disconnected (I have to disconnect mine as it is gives completely awkward values so my pool is better without it). Would love to see this feature in a future release. Dès que je clique ça me sort automatiquement de l’application, du coup il est impossible d’effectuer les réglages (boost, hiver, contre lavage…) Par ailleurs je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je suis régulièrement déconnectée de l’application ! ### 3/5 — Need to fix stability and probe menu *2023-11-10, version 3.2.0* Fine, but Crashes repeatedly - needed to reinstall within first week and still problems Probe menu doesn’t work at all, just a blank screen - so need to change on the unit Would be nice to improve… Let the manual ‘on’ toggle without switching off the schedule. It’s a pain to need to remember to toggle the schedule back on when you just want to manually run it for something Add functionality to calibrate the ORP to actual chlorine levels, or even better roughly how much of other chemicals we should add each week to stay in balance.
