Not much flexibility with the filters. User experience is so bad, that I don’t feel like shopping via DJs app and defer to Iconic because they have superior app and experience. Product information is inadequate. Spacing of images is bad. Just the overall experience is poor. They need to make the app better for the users to stick on it longer. Call me for user experience testing. ### 2/5 — “Sorry something went wrong” *2026-04-24* Constantly get a “Sorry something went wrong” this has happened frequently over the past couple of months, yet have absolutely no issues whatsoever signing into the website. Needs to be rectified as you’re never quite sure when it’s working or not instore for your rewards. If not I have to sign into the website at the counter. Can this be included in a future update please? ### 3/5 — Password reset still not working *2025-12-06* I see someone else has complained about this in October and you said you were going to sort it out then,it still isn’t working so I suggest that you sort this out before you get more bad reviews. I’m sure the app is fine but this is very bad service. I’m using the latest iPhone and it’s not doing the proper password reset. It works on my laptop and on an iPad, but not the iPhone please get IT to work this out properly. **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for letting us know and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. I have an account that I can access fine from the website but the login screen on the app just hangs, and the three dots load endlessly. So after creating my account via website, went back to app to sign in, same thing. Entered email and password and the three dancing dots appeared again. I have tried to reset my password multiple times and it won’t even let me do that. For a leading department store with hundreds of millions in assets, you’d expect a functional app that actually supports online sales. Instead, you get randomly logged out and then can’t log back in. I’ve reset my password multiple times with no success. The app constantly throws errors, and there’s no tech support or anyone to contact — just endless frustration until you give up and shop elsewhere. It’s disappointing, especially as someone who’s been a loyal in-store and online customer for decades. They have had same issue since at least October. You then can’t use password reset so you can’t log a return. There is absolutely no customer service at David Jones it’s all AI generated and ineffective. Only my opinion but it used to be a great company with fantastic customer service but has now gone down hill. Last year I ordered a pair of shoes and they were faulty fell apart within a week. It just goes in circles from orders page to account page, but won’t actually tell you update or tracking status of an order.
