They will automatically sign you up for the $30 a month subscription and they do not do refund request. The customer service was horrible. AI offered a web url to view it but the app doesn’t allow copy/paste in the chat so I’m not gonna spend an hour typing in a long url. The £39.99 subscription suggests that’s the end of the spend, but every video costs a huge amount of credits so it’s quite limited.
