Ran out of credit after generating 3 images. It’s a very misleading promo. So I deleted my account and made sure there was no longer an active subscription but to my surprise I got charged again with the invoice saying I bought 250 credits. Logged back into my account and could not find an active subscription. Then I found a reddit thread of this happening to everyone doing the free trial. I’ve deleted my card details but apparently might have to cancel my card altogether. I’m also mad cause those random 250 credits I paid for didn’t even show up on my account. They take the money immediately. First few images were terrible, after 10 attempts the video generator still refuses to work. There are constant bugs and frozen screens that don’t allow and prompts, so I have to close the app and restart it. The App prompts me to continue on the PC but get this, I was told by DaVinci when i questioned it that the £39.99 subscription is for mobile only and doesn’t transfer to PC. So if i want to use it on my laptop I have to pay them more… I have been refused a refund, and now have a pretty poor performing Ai that decides on it’s own wether it wants to do anything that day and if you lucky and it does decide to work you may as well paint a face on a potato as thats the quality I seem to be getting, no matter how clear the prompt or reference is. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Péssimo *2026-08-26* Impossível subir imagens e vídeos. **Developer response:** Lamentamos pela experiência negativa. They will automatically sign you up for the $30 a month subscription and they do not do refund request. The customer service was horrible. AI offered a web url to view it but the app doesn’t allow copy/paste in the chat so I’m not gonna spend an hour typing in a long url. When I brought it to the AI attention , it would recognize it made an error but charged me to make the corrections. The AI couldn’t provide me with a credit either. When I corresponded with with Davinci support they blamed Apple Pay and told me to read their policy. Honestly the site now feels like a scam just to get coin purchase rather then creating effective videos and images.
