I get a code dent to my email. It tells me it was wrong. I found i got 2 codes and typed in the newest one and i get an error contacting server.. okay so i try again, and i get error communicating with server.. riddle me this, How da fork do you go about not communicating but can send authentication codes… ### 1/5 — Is this the worst app ever? *2025-11-20, version 4.2.0* The answer is: YES! When an app has ALL 1-star ratings, you know it’s pretty bad. Can’t login and can’t register. You get stuck in an endless loop. So this app is of absolutely no use. Took forever to get my account set up to find out it doesn’t show recent claims. Login online on their website and look up your benefits and what options and providers are available to you. Request a card since the one they send in the mail initially is paper. Like mentioned previously by other users, you can’t login with the same credentials ever! The constant errors and reset password loop. This app is not the only issue, even their website has the same problem. I don’t know what’s going on. I never had this issue with any other site before. Very limited functionality this application as well as the browser experience only support Google Chrome.
