### 3/5 — Rating pre use

*2026-09-01*

App wanted a rating before I’ve used it - here it is - app looks great, keen to level up a character over the next month or two and see what the apps like. The intro questions were a bit weird, there’s no option to answer because you’re interested in trying the app. They’re all about I want to make a butt load of money or I’ve been depressed so an option for something else would be nice. Interface seems good and it flows smoothly otherwise.

### 4/5 — Good for pushing follow through

*2026-08-22, version 9.2*

This is a great app to challenge yourself and level up. I feel that it’s almost too easy to level up though so it’s easy to not to try and push yourself getting everything done on your list of goals. I think there should be a demotion and loss of experience if you’re not consistent on your tasks. But overall this is a great app that has really helped me through challenging tasks…

### 2/5 — After a few months… caps your progress?

*2026-08-17*

I’ve been using this app for I think around 3 months? It was incredibly helpful upfront with progress, but then I noticed, regardless of what I do my stats on the stat page are maxed. You can still get points but there’s a “level” cap of 140, and after that you’re just done I guess? Considering the year plan is 60 dollars I feel like I spent more than it was worth.

I think foundationally it’s a great app for helping get back on track or wanting to see a change in your life but I’d like to feel like I can continue instead of just “you win” when trully there isn’t an end to working on yourself. Hope to see changes and I tried to leave feedback but that was a nightmare of logins as well 🙄.

If they make these changes I’ll be glad to keep using the app!

### 2/5 — The subscription

*2026-08-17, version 9.2*

The app itself if cool, I didn’t get to get into it though due to the subscription charge. I was debating on the $5.00 monthly fee. Then the $34.99, $2.99 monthly popped up. So I went for that deal, thinking it would be the $2.99/mo. Nope took out the full amount but it wasn’t $34.99. They charged me $46.50 off the rip. So I got false priced and currently requesting a refund. Made me not even want to use the app anymore with that type of issue.

### 4/5 — Love it!

*2026-08-15, version 9.2*

The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because the nutrition tracker is inaccurate. When I scan the foods the calories and macros are off so I have to put it in manually. Other than that, it’s awesome!

### 3/5 — $30/Month or $90/Year

*2026-08-14*

$30/Month or $90/Year

### 4/5 — Adequate

*2026-08-13*

I really enjoy the concept of this app. My personality does well with completing tasks, and this definitely fulfills that. I would like to see more improvements and developments in the app. The friend function has been saying “coming soon” for a while, which is a bummer. The workout logging function is very basic and is only good for basic workouts, not more complex things like circuits or hiit workouts. If they keep updating the app and fine tuning it, this will be the best option out there.

### 5/5 — Focused

*2026-08-13, version 9.2*

Very inspirational

### 4/5 — Get dawg

*2026-08-12, version 9.2*

It really helps motivate me. Only wish I got more notifications and reminders on what I need to do

### 2/5 — Starts off good…

*2026-08-11, version 9.2*

Starts off good, but needs to add the functionality for weekdays, day of the month, etc and then it would be perfect. Also uses the idea of a transmigrator, but locks it to the level-up conferred to beasts in webnovels instead of the transmigrators. Recommend adding F-EX, Body Tempering to Sovereign, etc.

For those of us with labor jobs, this app fails in that we can’t offset our workouts with our daily workouts given to us by our employers. As a result, this is a lower score than I’d like to give.

### 5/5 — DAT DAWG

*2026-08-10, version 9.2*

I GOT IT NOW!!!! LOCK IN WOLFPACK🐺🔥⚔️AWOOOOOOOOOOO😝‼️‼️

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Paywall

*2026-08-27*

Paywalled

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-08-21, version 9.2*

Don’t actually have to do anything. Worst app ever no real motivation

### 1/5 — Misleading app. Not free.

*2026-08-20, version 9.2*

App is free in the App Store to get you to download it but then it forces a purchase when you launch it or you can’t use it.

### 1/5 — First time user

*2026-08-17, version 9.2*

There needs to be a demo version so you know what your buying instead of having to pay $20 - $60 to start the app. As of right now I can’t justify paying that much for a app🙃

### 1/5 — Poor customer service

*2026-08-17, version 9.2*

Was given a special rate for subscription and charged a different one, no response from the developers when I reached out about it

### 1/5 — Access is poor

*2026-08-16*

Thing is locked behind a pay wall like i don’t want pay for it and i cant even sign up because the paywall has no exit

### 1/5 — Some bs

*2026-08-15, version 9.2*

Hate this app -10/10

### 1/5 — Not worth the money

*2026-08-12, version 9.2*

It’s really just a Glorified habit tracker. Within 3 minutes after paying for it (so I could explore it AND use it )I realized that I had made a mistake as I already have a habit tracker app that’s I’ve been using for years that is much much much simpler and cheaper. I will not retract my review unless your customer service takes care of me.

### 1/5 — Don’t Bother

*2026-08-11*

The app is lacking. The interface could use a lot of updates that would improve user experience. It’s boring and doesn’t keep you engaged which are key components of an app that’s supposed to help with Discipline and motivation.

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2026-07-31, version 9.2*

as usual locked behind a 60$ paywall - NO free trial is outrageous

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Needs a few things but overall it’s great

*2026-08-27*

Need to have some sort of like award system that is physical or a rarity such as like after so many levels you get a sticker sent in the mail or a hat or a T-shirt and I’ll think of something that we can do with that and then there’s a few bugs but other than that this is great fun it’s actually very handy. It does make you feel like you are leveling up. And maybe add something to where like you could see other people‘s progression a little competition never hurts. See other people levels. At the very least, maybe just a little bit more freedom with your avatar or your icon. But like I said this app is great. Just needs a few things to make it perfect by every standard.

### 5/5 — Find your best self

*2026-08-22, version 9.2*

This app will help you find your next level.

### 5/5 — It’s good

*2026-08-20, version 9.2*

Nice tool to stay on top of goals

### 5/5 — Remarkable

*2026-08-19, version 9.2*

It’s like a video game of my life. I want to level every step of the moment.

### 5/5 — great app

*2026-08-17, version 9.2*

game changing

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2026-08-16*

I’m always skeptical about my ability to stick with these sorts of apps, even open them. Often times I’ll download and forget I even downloaded it but this one has managed to keep my attention. The design is sleek, once I committed to the yearly plan I couldn’t believe how many features they have implemented here. The idea of visually levelling up (which you innately are doing by committing to positive every day habits) is a good hook. Imagining your life as a game, imagining little positive habits as minor skills that add up to full levels is compelling. Even if you are a person that subconsciously knows these habits lead to a better you, gamifying it makes it fun and this app is cool and does an excellent job implementing this idea.
Going back to how many features this app has, I truly was caught off guard. There is a workout tracker, a nutrition tracker, guided journaling, breathing exercises etc. I couldn’t believe all of these features were also included and has turned this app into a sort of do-it-all for me. It’s helped me stay on track with positive habits and better organize all of the things I was doing before in one place and at a fine level.
One week in, not even a chance I’ve slowed down using it and given the great convenience of everything in one place, I’m a major fan and highly recommend.

### 5/5 — DAWG works!!!

*2026-08-16*

Saw this app advertised on Instagram. Since I am in my early 20s and in between jobs, I wanted some structure and encouragement in my currently unemployed routine. DAWG delivered! I love the leveling up system. The community posting section of the app works like group therapy: showing me I am not alone.

A message for the app developers: First, y’all are awesome, keep up the good work and thank you! Second, I would love if you can add a feature to “The Lab” where you can create just a simple digital “To-do list” that would be so incredibly helpful. The to do list doesn’t need a point system in my opinion. It would just be super nice to have a place within the app to brain dump all the things I am thinking about doing for the day. Please let me know if you’ll implement this idea :). Take care everyone!

### 5/5 — Very intuitive

*2026-08-15*

Awesome

### 5/5 — It helps

*2026-08-14, version 9.2*

So far so good, keeps me accountable and the a.i is helpful.

### 5/5 — Keeps me connected

*2026-08-14, version 9.2*

I have been using this everyday this week and it’s helped hold me accountable! Very fun to do also.
