### 2/5 — Doesn’t work

I got this for the sleep tracking, but it doesn’t work because the profile setting for the side of the bed is stuck on Left side. Whenever I change it to the correct setting, the monitoring works but then it goes back to the Left side and doesn’t work anymore. Two stars because the remote works fine, but I already have a remote.

If you're buying this bed for the app features, do not waste your money. The app is horrible. 
Doesn't give you the actual time the person gets out of bed, only tells you how many times. Snoring feature also lacks detail, and not sure it really even works.
When sliding your finger across the screen to review data, the information drops under your finger so you can't see it. You have to move your finger to see the data.
Seems that after 6 AM, if they get out of bed to go to the bathroom, get back in bed to sleep for a few more hours, it registers them as up for the day. Are you kidding me! This app is borderline useless for providing critical information needed by a caregiver.
There is more wrong with this app, but I'm not going to waste my time giving details. The developers can reach out if they're interested in fixing the problems. This powered bedframe with its sensors is NOT worth the money. 
If you are a caregiver for an elderly person, or a loved one, and really need to know what's going on, (sleeping, awake, snoring, out of bed, falling ) with permission, (if needed), install a wired or wireless camera, buy a standard powered bed frame, put down a floor sensor, so every time they get out of bed and step on the floor, you are audibly alerted by a wireless receiver, and get an Apple Watch (or similar smart watch) to provide the sensor features. 
The only feature that seems to be different than the other powered frames, this frame will lift the bed straight up to bring the person closer to your waist level to better assist you when turning, cleaning, or changing them. I would highly recommend you DO NOT purchase this bedframe until they fix these app problems.

Our goal is for users and their caregivers to be able to utilize all of the tools available to provide the safety and confidence that you are looking for in monitoring health. There are limitations to what the app and reports can currently provide. We are not able to provide time someone gets out of bed, tracking falls, and snoring needs to be at a consistent level to register. We apologize if our app messaging was not clear on its abilities and will work to clarify those details. We constantly review what can be updated to the sensors, app and reporting systems to provide the most useful information possible.
