Everyone gets selected for an interview and is asked to install the app and upload an interview video. Once they get that, zero response from the hiring team. The app is constantly down, making it impossible to complete a simple task. How are users supposed to upload anything if the platform isn’t even functional? Feels like the developers forgot to test basic stability. If you’re looking for a smooth experience, this app isn’t it. In any format. You can’t record the video as well. And the worst thing: after you contact tech support - nobody answer.
