DAWT is your personal trainer in your pocket. Generate custom workout plans with AI, train every session with an AI coach that guides you in real time, and track your loads, progress and milestones.

WHAT YOU DO WITH DAWT

DAWT is free to start. Subscriptions unlock more:
• Start: up to 2 AI plans, charts and reminders.
• Plus: unlimited AI plans, chat coach, report analysis.

PRIVACY AND HEALTH
Your data is protected and encrypted. Health data is used by the AI only with your explicit consent, which you can revoke at any time. You can delete your account and data directly in the app.
