## What is Day 100?

One challenge. 100 days. That's the whole idea.

Day 100 is built around a single, powerful commitment: pick one challenge and show up for it every day for 100 days. No endless workout libraries, no guilt, no clutter — just one thing, done daily, until it's a habit.

PICK YOUR CHALLENGE
Choose something simple and repeatable — push-ups, a plank, a daily walk, sit-ups, or your own custom challenge. Day 100 sets a starting target that fits your level and eases it upward over the 100 days, so Day 1 feels doable and Day 100 feels earned.

THE 100-DAY GRID
Your whole journey lives on one screen: a 10×10 grid where every day is a square. Hit today's target and the square fills in. Miss a day and you'll see it. It's the simplest, most honest picture of consistency there is — and watching it fill becomes its own motivation. Tap any past day to see exactly what you did.

CHECK IN DAILY
Each day takes seconds. Open the app, see today's target, log what you actually did, and mark it complete. Your streak grows with every check-in, and once you've shown up, you're done — no nagging for the rest of the day.

STREAKS THAT MEAN SOMETHING
A streak here isn't a vanity number. It's the through-line of your 100 days — the run you're protecting, the reason to show up on the days you'd rather not.

REMINDERS THAT LEARN
Set a daily reminder, or let Day 100 learn from when you actually check in and nudge you at the right moment. Already done for the day? No reminder — because done is done.

SHARE THE MILESTONES
Every challenge gets its own short link. Share Day 1 when you start, Day 50 when you're halfway, and Day 100 when you finish — and bring people along for the ride.

DAY 100 PRO
Go further with a subscription:
• Up to 3 challenges at once — stack push-ups, a plank, and a walk

### 1/5 — Did you even test it?!

*2015-11-21*

Good idea. Super poor execution! I was able to log in but unable to enter in a goal. It can't be loading so long for 10 minutes. Check your code and TEST it!

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2014-12-17*

I hate this app. It constantly tells me that I already entered activity for a day I know full well that I didn't. Then it shows that I'm behind schedule on my challenges, but if I try to enter previous day activities it says that I've already completed that day. It can't be both ways! Maybe if there was a calendar where I could see what days were marked I would know what days it thinks I haven't done. Very frustrating.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2014-08-13*

I was excited to find a 100 day challenge app that didn't have some motivation guru talking at you everyday. But this app needs work. The interface is difficult to navigate, and doesn't explain what you're doing at all. Not able to set goals or see how you've done in past. It needs a calendar view. Disappointed I lost $1 on this....

### 1/5 — REALLY wanted this to work

*2014-07-31*

Absolutely love the idea and really want this to work but it won't even let me enter a goal or anything. PLEASE fix

### 1/5 — Boo

*2014-05-09*

Great concept, simple design.. Too bad it won't work. I was able to enter a goal, but it won't let me mark it as done, or check of a previous day. Keeps freezing and giving me error codes, and not letting me navigate back to home. Bummed.

We've re-engineered the entire app on new technology—faster, smoother, and more reliable end to end—and redesigned it around the thing that matters most: your 100 days.

What's inside:
• A 100 day 10×10 grid—your whole journey on one screen

• Reminders that learn when you train and nudge you at the right moment
• Share your milestones with a tap
