## What is Day by Day?

How many days has it been?

Day by Day shows how long it has been since you started something, or quit something, as one big number. No checklists, no charts. Just today's number, set like a poster.

42 days alcohol-free. 23 days of working out. 100 days of reading every day. Every one of those days is yours.

ONE BIG NUMBER
• Your start date is day 1, and the number goes up at midnight
• Starting or quitting: reads naturally either way, "Going for 23 days" or "Free for 42 days"
• Three home styles: Poster, Big type, and Daylight, whose sky follows the time of day
• Swipe between challenges; touch and hold to change the style or color

DONE TODAY
• Check in once a day, with a gentle haptic and a little bounce
• Celebrations on days 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 50, 100 and 365
• Missed a day? Start again today, or keep your record and continue. Your best record is always kept

A CARD WORTH SHARING
• Six templates: White, Black, Gradient, Bold, Pastel and Photo
• Instagram Story (9:16), Feed (1:1) and Portrait (4:5), exported at 1080px
• Toggle the emoji and date, pick a phrase or write your own, change the typeface
• Save to Photos or share anywhere

WIDGETS
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• Check in right from the widget, without opening the app
• Add the iPhone widget to your Mac desktop too (macOS Sonoma or later)

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
• No account, no sign-up
• Your challenges are stored only on your device
• Only anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are sent to improve the app, never your titles or photos

Available in English, 한국어, 日本語, 简体中文 and 繁體中文.

Day by Day is free and supported by ads, which appear only in Settings, Records, and occasionally after you share. Never on your home screen, when you check in, or right before you share.

Health-related challenges such as quitting drinking or smoking are for keeping your own record and are not medical advice.
