### 2/5 — Glitches Galore

*2026-08-27, version 1.9.1*

Some days the app works perfectly. Some days I get back to back error messages and the app refuses to add things to my schedule through the ai voice feature and i constantly get the “oops i cant do that yet”

### 3/5 — Trying

*2026-07-28, version 1.9.1*

I haven’t had much time to try it yet it just keeps bringing me back to the review section as I’ve noticed others have so I cannot give a full honest review yet. I can say due to the cost I may not even get to use it past the trial period.

### 4/5 — Great app so far

*2026-07-19, version 1.9.1*

Makes scheduling things really easy!

### 4/5 — wow

*2026-07-16, version 1.9.1*

superapp

### 2/5 — It’s ok

*2026-07-02, version 1.9.1*

The design looks pretty good. But the AI interaction just isn’t there yet for me. Other AI’s like Kimi or ChatGPT have a more normal back and forth flow. I need an AI personal assistant that will be proactive with my to do list, check in about ongoing projects, help me think through and plan the next day out, be able to adjust based on sleep issues.. so far the AI assistants just seem like fancy calendars. I need an AI to actually be doing some of the planning

### 3/5 — Trying

*2026-06-15, version 1.9.0*

I haven’t had much time to try it yet it just keeps bringing me back to the review section as I’ve noticed others have so I cannot give a full honest review yet. I can say due to the cost I may not even get to use it past the trial period.

### 4/5 — Good

*2026-06-14, version 1.9.0*

It is pretty good

### 3/5 — Amazing App - Paywall blocks it.

*2026-05-29, version 1.9.0*

This app is wonderful for adhd (or not), and is exactly what I was looking for. My favorite use case is pasting a schedule ChatGPT gives me into Day Flow and it just puts it all in my calendar, with all the details and structuring just how I want it. Thats the primary use case of this app. The problem is, the paywall blocks the apps only unique features. I understand they have to make money, but it just feels too limited. If they didn’t put so much behind a paywall I would likely end up with a subscription anyways, but when your target demographic is adhd, you need to give them time (and ability) to integrate it into their routine before they start paying. Otherwise it will just fall out of their routine and you lose a customer. They should really consider this factor into their monetization strategy. If they did this, this would be a five star review and they would end up with more subscriptions.

### 4/5 — Workable

*2026-05-04, version 1.9.0*

Everything works, but the responses from the AI do take a while

### 3/5 — Ok

*2026-05-01, version 1.9.0*

It’s fine but I’ve seen better

### 3/5 — Would be great if I could get notifications

*2026-04-25, version 1.9.0*

There’s a bug where the app will not turn on morning routine notifications. I understand I can set the notifications up another way but my hope with this app is that I would be able to make things easier on myself; especially for $100. There’s another issue recently where when I clear an item from the calendar tab, it says there are no items in the calendar until I reload the page. The item I cleared is gone, and everything else is still there, but this means I have to click on and off of the calendar tab for each item I cleared. I would also appreciate if I could upload personal information to personalize the AI drafted advice/subtasks associated with each task I assign myself. If the bugs were corrected I would recommend this app to anyone who has trouble staying on top of their schedule; especially someone like myself who works gigs and needs a place to organize all of their shifts

### 2/5 — ads.

*2026-04-21, version 1.9.0*

ads. ads everywhere. you want to start a routine? ad. just looking at the list of things to accomplish? ad.

### 2/5 — Not worth it

*2026-04-20, version 1.9.0*

My husband bought me a year subscription but the AI component was not useful, so I let it lapse. Now there are way too many ads for it to be helpful. Every time I want to reference my list (like when I’m at the grocery store and have to reference it several time an hour) I have to sit through another ad. I’m deleting the app and going back to Apple’s reminders until I can find something that works better.

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2026-04-18, version 1.9.0*

So far I really like it but there’s ads

### 4/5 — Almost perfect!

*2026-04-03, version 1.9.0*

I have been using this app daily for almost a year now. It is by far my favorite daily task app. Where this app stands out:
1. Revolving tasks - scheduled and revolving tasks appear when they need to. They don’t continue to show up after checking off like most apps. This allows for creating routines, habits and endless revolving schedules. A dream for those who live off lists!

2. Calendar visual structure - having the calendar above the task list is an essential part of understanding what day it is and what is happening. For visual learners this makes life exceptionally easier and tasks from a distance are understandable. It’s not just a blank screen of words, it’s a visual picture of what your life looks like. Akin to what a physical month calendar feels like.

3. Ai-to-task - this is great and will be used in most task apps going forwards, but the simplicity of the button centered and a ChatGPT feel makes it easy to navigate. I like just rambling and having this make sense for my tasks.

4. Color codes - organizing into color coded sections and labels is another layer of relief for me. I can visually see the colors and know what it is from a distance.

However, I am still having to use two other apps in order to organize my life. Here’s my cons:
1. Desktop app - there is no smooth desktop app version. Not even an iPad version that is sound. The option is a standing mobile sized image that has far less interaction than any desktop app I’ve ever used. Compared to apps like TickTick, this isn’t even close to performing at level.

2. Folders - options to create folders where items sit as opposed to use a casual inbox that is forgetful. Again, TickTick has mastered this.

3. Stand alone calendar - one view calendar to tap and add the task directly. This would give a visual learner an added benefit to be able to see the tasks on the calendar and interact with them. It would move people away from their Google and Apple calendars and use those as secondary.

For now, this app does what I need daily and I love these daily functions as they are perfect and everything for those who need visual ques for tasks. It will change your experience in task apps. But please, for the love of my endless app usage, upgrade to at least a desktop version!

### 4/5 — Good so far

*2026-03-30, version 1.9.0*

I’m still figuring it out

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Was great, had great potential

*2026-08-26, version 1.9.1*

Don’t waste money on paid version. Reminders only work on occasion and lately haven’t worked at all. Don’t plan an important busy day using this because it’s useless with reminders.

### 1/5 — Underwhelming app

*2026-07-23, version 1.9.1*

Tried this app and paid so that I could give it a proper try. Couldn’t even move around appointments properly when I asked it to reschedule things - which to me is a basic.

Requested refunded as it isn’t fit for purpose and refund was rejected. Hence the review to let everyone know not to waste their money!

### 1/5 — Pop Up Ads? Absolutely not.

*2026-07-14, version 1.9.1*

Pop up ads are a fantastic way to immediately loose respect for your app. 100% not even going to bother bypassing that. ✌️

### 1/5 — Advertisements play every 30 seconds

*2026-06-03, version 1.9.0*

I downloaded this app to check it out, as I’m looking for a new productivity app. However, I can’t even check out the features to determine if I like it because an advertisement plays literally every 15 seconds. Immediate delete.

### 1/5 — Not good

*2026-04-21, version 1.9.0*

Not good, don't let them get you!

### 1/5 — Stupid

*2026-01-06, version 1.8.7*

7 dollars a week, to write down words productively? Stupid

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2026-01-02, version 1.8.7*

Unusable. The assistant crashes constantly—nearly every other launch. I paid for a yearly subscription and can’t rely on the app at all. No response from the developer.

### 1/5 — Why?? Greed and then finally FRAUD

*2025-12-22, version 1.8.7*

Good thing my American Express happened to notify me immediately! I agreed to try this app, I do have attention deficit disorder. But! This product was offered at 50% off. They charged my card the full 70$. If I am not refunded. You will all hear a LOT more of me. How greedy. My god.. these people today :(

### 1/5 — Must buy to try

*2025-12-13, version 1.8.7*

Looks very promising but one must purchase at least a week’s subscription at $8.00 to try the full application. Deleting.

### 1/5 — Great app! Has some bugs i think though

*2025-11-20, version 1.8.7*

This is a great app! It’s really helped me get organized over the years with my adhd. But recently the app has been closing on its
own while the AI is making a reminder without me closing the app it’s self it pretty annoying. Also once it closes it say I can’t make the same reminder again because since I’m not on the premium plan I only get one reminder a day. If possible could this be fixed please. It also might be something with my phone possibly but I don’t really think so. Still a great app though!

### 5/5 — MY NEW FAVORITE APP

*2026-04-01, version 1.9.0*

I always struggled with using my planners and staying on top of my goals and I can truly say it is WORTH IT. Color coding, Labeling, Reminders you name it!

### 5/5 — Critical needs for this app

*2026-03-29, version 1.9.0*

This app is a step in the right direction but is lacking in several critical areas

1. No provision for printing any or all data
2. No provision for prioritizing the events within a DAY, week or month
3. No provision for estimating budget cost of each item.
4. No provision for coordinating team efforts with other App users within the same organization or team
