## What is daybell?

daybell is the front desk for learning centers — and the app that keeps every family in the loop.

FOR PARENTS
Your center invites you, you sign in with your phone number and a PIN, and from then on you always know:
• Dropped off — the moment your child is checked in
• Ready for pickup — with a note from today's session, worth a high-five on the ride home
• Running late? One tap tells the desk, and another says "here now" when you pull up
• Announcements from your center, all in one place
• Schedule changes without phone tag — request a switch, see only times with a real seat free, get an answer fast

No account setup, no passwords to invent, no marketing notifications. Ever.

FOR CENTERS
The staff side runs your whole front desk:
• Ten-second check-in and check-out at the desk
• A live Today board: who's here, who's waiting for pickup, who's due next
• Parent messaging in one inbox — app, email, and optional texting
• Import your existing schedule spreadsheet, whatever the format — AI reads it, shows you what it understood, and double-checks every import
• Team tools: shifts, cover requests ("first taker wins"), availability, time off, certification tracking, and a team board
• Works offline at the desk — check-ins queue and sync when the internet returns

daybell is free for parents. Centers run on a simple subscription with a 30-day free trial — no card to start.
