## What is DayBreak?

Daybreak is a simple daily check-in for anyone managing changes in mood, energy, or memory — including people recovering from stroke, living with numbness or fatigue, or navigating similar day-to-day effects of a health condition.

Each day takes under a minute: note your mood, spend a moment with three words, then recall one of them a little later. There's no scoring and no right or wrong answer — the exercise is about gentle practice, not a test.

If it's useful to you, you can also optionally track:
• Energy — a simple 5-level scale
• Numbness — pick the icon blur level that matches how today feels
• Weather — a quick tap, since it often affects mood more than we realise

Look back on your progress with a Week view, a Month view, and a full History list, all shown clearly without clutter.

Daybreak was built with accessibility in mind: large buttons throughout, no fiddly sliders, support for your phone's text size settings, and a calm, low-glare colour palette.

Everything stays on your device — there's no account, no login, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Daybreak is a space for reflection and gentle daily practice. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or care team.
