Overall this is a good upgrade to the original app. Gotta give it 4 stars, though, bc the first version had a much better widget for quickly inputting expenses on the fly. The widget for this app does not have this same ability. This may be a limitation of iOS. I don't know, so I'm not faulting the developer.

**Developer response:** Hi, DayCost 2 also has similar widgets, please open “Settings”->“Getting Started” and check the help on the third page. As you said, the DayCost Pro widgets are not available due to iOS limitations, sorry.

I never started with #1 it confused me a lot.
DayCost2 I figured out pretty fast.
Have a minor issue, in the German translation the initial account was the bank account.
Any chance I can change the order of the accounts? If not please implement then I don't have to start over again.

Rien à redire cette application est très bien et simple à utiliser. Pour moi il manque le fait de pouvoir pointer les sommes soldées pour savoir celles qui sont déjà retirées du solde final.

The app is simple, nicely organized and works well. You can easily add your categories, activities, expenses and incomes. The worst problem i see, which could be very easily optimised from my point of view, it’s the credit card. It should be linked to a bank account and the amount should automatically be recorded and subtracted at the payment day, while the debt should be returned to zero automatically at the billing day. Basically i physically pay for my credit card at 15th day of the month while my billing day is at 1st. Right now i must materially detract the money from my credit card every 1st, so to erase the debit but i must remember myself the sum i must pay and mark on 15th… not really the best solution if to have an app that should do it for you.

Just bought DayCost 2 after using some time DayCost Pro

Asked already Support to make changes in next version to make easier to input expenses for previous days like in Pro (free) version.

In DayCost Pro you choose the day in calendar and the date auto pops up once you input expenses (and you swipe to add expense to that day if needed)

In DayCost 2, even if you choose some date then press + to add  - you have to scroll all the way to find required date(( disappointing 

Also it was easier/faster and more comfortable in DayCost Pro to swipe and input expenses. 

I really liked DayCost Pro…it’s appearance. Decided to buy DayCost 2 because of Sync function and more possibilities with Categories +subcategories, groups…,search…etc.., these are really handy.

IF you can keep DayCost 2 functionality (Categorices, subcategories, groups…,search) and update with smart features and interface from DayCost Pro that would be great.

Those who think buy or not - buy if you need Sync + handy Categories/subcategories & groups + payees. If not - DayCost Pro is sufficient.

Keep up and improve. You do a good job !

Awaiting also MacBook Version.

Importation depuis DayCost pro impossible ! Pas moyen d’affecter les comptes ou de les créer dans la phase d’importation. Toujours le même message, compte ne peut pas être à aucun !  Même en créant les comptes avant importation. La reprise des comptes devrait être automatique comme les affectations. 
Je regrette mon achat !!

**Developer response:** Hi, since there are several types of accounts (Payment Account, Credit Cards, Assets, etc.), DayCost 2 can't determine the type of account, so it can't be generated automatically and you need to create it manually. You can create the accounts before or during the import (the account name corresponds to the value in the "Account"/"Target Account" column in the CSV file). 1，第一代跟第二代数据不同步，第一代导入第二代要了老命， 2，没有桌面小插件，没有负一屏插件， 3，还没有第一代的数据导出功能 
4，设置没有直接反馈的功能，反馈要下载邮件并且绑定，脸书也跳转到网页版，而不是app版本，没有国内的QQ反馈功能，这是看不起谁呐，远远不如第一代功能强大，只是重新更换了UI而已 垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾垃圾
