It’s also good enough to help you to reflect on spending, for example. I think it helps to see the relationships between the factors and how they impact each other. For example, if I’m anxious, I might get a bit spendy. Using the app feels accountable and I’m glad that I downloaded it. It also doesn’t let you see what you are typing while you’re typing. I’ve paid for this app and I’m very disappointed so far it’s also crossing and uncrossing things off list randomly without me doing it.
