### 5/5 — A gem find

*2026-10-28*

Found out about daydream from instagram and it was exactly what it said It was. helped me overcome mental blocks that I didn’t realize were the cause of a lot of procrastination and frustration in my life. It took me on a journey that was powerful, and asked me to face fears and make several habit changes. Still learning alot and growing, but its def nice to be able to see that change over these past couple months

### 5/5 — Insightful and easy to stick with

I’m really loving this app. The visualizations and
the chat feature are both incredibly insightful and feels like having a therapist who also gives you homework and practical things to work on. The process does such a good job of bringing thoughts and patterns to the surface that I may not have recognized on my own. And I love how easy it is to actually stay engaged with. Overall, the app feels thoughtful, intuitive, and genuinely useful rather than just another wellness app I’ll forget to open.

### 5/5 — Amazing tool - highly recommend

*2026-05-25*

Daydream has helped me bring clarity and confidence to many personal situations through its guided conversations and visualizations. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
