## What is Dayflint?

Too many priorities? Dayflint asks one question each evening: if you only got one thing done tomorrow, what would it be?

Then it helps you actually do it.

ONE THING A DAY
Set tomorrow's one thing the night before. In the morning, a gentle nudge reminds you what it is. No overflowing lists, no guilt.

A CALM FOCUS TIMER
Hold to start a 25, 50 or 90 minute session. Put your phone face down and let Dayflint keep time. Add soft brown noise or rain if it helps you settle in, and a quiet chime tells you when you're done.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN
A widget shows today's one thing at a glance. While you focus, the timer stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

STREAKS THAT REST, NOT RESET
Life happens. Miss a day and your streak rests instead of resetting. One rest day a week is on us, so a single slip never wipes out your progress.

PLAN THE WEEK, REVIEW THE MONTH
See one thing for every day of the week. Look back on your month, your streak and your focused hours, and learn when you tend to be "in the zone".

MEET FLINTY
Flinty, a small flame, cheers you on when you finish and waits patiently when you don't.

DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE
Full Dynamic Type support up to the largest accessibility sizes, VoiceOver labels throughout, Reduce Motion support, and a warm dark mode.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Dayflint has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Your days live on your iPhone, and with Plus they sync through your own iCloud.

DAYFLINT PLUS
Free: one thing a day with 25-minute focus sessions.
Plus: 50 and 90 minute sessions, a few extra tasks when there's time, the weekly plan, monthly reviews, your streak on the widget and iCloud sync. Annual and monthly both start with 7 days free, or pay once for Lifetime Plus.

Lifetime Plus is a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

### 5/5 — Simple and remarkably effective

*2026-10-17*

Dayflint has completely changed my daily routine. Instead of staring at an endless task list, I focus on finishing my "one thing" each day. I love the evening prompt to set tomorrow's focus, the gentle focus timer (and little Flinty cheering me on), and the fact that missing a single day doesn’t brutally wipe out your streak. It’s privacy-friendly, beautifully designed, and actually keeps me accountable.

### 1.5 — 2026-10-28

Setup now starts with today: pick your one thing and start focusing right away.

Changed your mind? Tap Change it under today's one thing to edit it before you start.

When you type your one thing, Return now moves you to the next step.

### 1.4 — 2026-10-26

Settings has a new Share anonymous usage switch. The anonymous counts help improve Dayflint, never include anything you type, and stop as soon as you turn the switch off.

Fixed a bug where "Set today's one thing" and the day cards in Plan could open a blank screen

### 1.3 — 2026-10-25

Start a focus session from Control Center, the Action button or Siri. Collect embers for milestones like your first finished day and a full week. After a rough day, Dayflint suggests a shorter session, and if your sessions often end early it can suggest a shorter default. Plus now starts with a 7-day free trial on monthly as well as annual, and shows how your sessions felt over time.

Also a clearer Plus screen, a better fit on smaller iPhones, and VoiceOver fixes.
