I will absolutely be using jjj to fill in our staff when needed. I discovered yesterday they are as great last minute as they are with 2 weeks notice. An amazing resource. Very special! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible app, Wonolo is better. *2021-11-28* I never been able to search for gig on this app. Since day one I get a message that reads sorry not able to offer me opportunities at this time. I thought maybe, the app was not available in my area. I was just reintroduced to this app yesterday by another Wonoloer, after working an event yesterday. So I redownloaded the app only to get the same error message. I have very similar background as my fellow wonoloer. ### 1/5 — Is this company still in business? *2019-06-22* Tried to book earlier this month, heard nothing. Trying to book right now, no response. If they are still operational, it’s definitely not instant staffing. We have used the service twice, but they took a while to find staffers, even when I was willing to pay for the top tier, and there was a lot of back and forth. That said, when they finally did find people, those people were lovely and competent. I’d love to use the service on a regular basis because it’s a genius idea, but it’s not reliable. ### 1/5 — Terrible service and broken app *2018-01-28* Ordered a line cook and waited 2 hours past the start time for the cook to show up. Was told then by customer service that the cook won’t show up because it was cancelled by the cook. However, we were never notified of the cancellation. Was then told by customer service that this happened because it was a Saturday and nyc restaurants are busy.
