## What is Daygo?

Daygo - your body, in plain English.

Daygo reads your Apple Health data (Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, whatever you use) and connects it with what you log - mood, food, sleep, symptoms, anxiety triggers. Ask it anything, and it answers like a coach who's already read your chart.

Chat with an AI that remembers your sleep, training, and blood work
Photograph a lab report - it tracks every marker over time
Log mood, food, and symptoms to spot real patterns and triggers
Training plans that adjust when you ask
Built by one person who needed this for himself - dealt with chronic symptoms no test ever explained. Free right now, improving every week.

On-device by default. No ads, no data sale, no training your data into anyone's model.

Not a medical device - a wellbeing tool.
