## What is DayLens By Cedmad?

DayLens helps families, caregivers and professionals follow the daily life of a person with a disability: sleep, mood, meals, treatments, activities and crises. A few taps a day are enough, and DayLens turns your notes into clear, careful insights you can share with the care team.

Built for autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, multiple disabilities and any situation where understanding the day matters.

DAILY JOURNAL
- Quick entry: sleep, mood, emotions, meals, hydration, treatments, activities, school, therapy sessions, pain, behavior and more
- Mood of the day in one tap from the home screen
- Medication reminders with a Taken button right on the notification
- Photos, voice notes and files attached to any entry
- Several profiles on the same device
- Appointments, professionals and treatments in each profile
- Prescriptions kept in the profile: photo, document scan as PDF, or file
- Vacations, routine changes and illness periods to put the data in context

CRISIS MODE
- A guided screen to use during an episode: what to do step by step, what to avoid, a timer
- Breathing exercise, calming sounds, music, photos and communication cards
- A crisis plan written calmly in advance for each profile, with your own instructions and phone numbers
- Emergency screen: emergency numbers for your country, your contacts, and a summary sheet for responders
- Opens without unlocking, while the journal and the insights stay locked
- After the episode: note what helped and what did not

CRISIS TRACKING
- Start time, duration, intensity from 1 to 5
- Presumed triggers, location, consequences and notes
- A dedicated button to log a crisis as soon as it happens

INSIGHTS
- Frequency, duration and intensity of crises over 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 12 months
- Hours and days of the week when crises occur most often
- Comparison with the previous period
- Associations with sleep, mood, activities, vacations and more, each with a confidence level (low, medium, high)
- Careful wording: DayLens describes associations, never causes
- Optional plain-language rephrasing with Apple Intelligence, on device, on compatible models
- Charts, monthly calendar and timeline

SHARING BETWEEN PARENTS
- Separated parents can follow the same journal day by day, each on their own iPhone
- The device that goes with the child (school, day center, therapy sessions) can be invited too, so professionals and caregivers can log the day
- Each entry shows who wrote it
- Personal notes stay on your iPhone and are never shared
- Sharing uses iCloud with end-to-end encryption: neither Apple nor the developer can read the content

REPORTS
- PDF report to bring to the doctor, therapist or school team
- CSV export and AirPrint printing

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
- No account to create, no server: your data stays on your device
- Lock with Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN code
- Attachments encrypted on the device
- No tracking, no advertising, no data collected

ACCESSIBILITY
- VoiceOver support
- Large text sizes
- Dark mode and increased contrast
- iPhone and iPad
- Available in English and French

FREE, NO ADS
DayLens is completely free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
