Love the power and flexibility yet I find it stuttering and freezing as I navigate across different portions of the app. iPhone 16 Pro on latest build. If you could nail the basics of stability it would be 5 stars. ### 2/5 — lost its promise for me *2025-02-28, version 2025.6.0* Yes, DL has gptten too expensive for small-time users, and they are inflexible; I'd like a version with fewer demands on their system (could have less date, for example) but the ability to use the functionality of projects linked wiith contacts and to-dos. I have a ton of stuff in DL but am retired and no longer using it for business. I can cull it but there are still important data that are a huge loss if I have to abandon them. I have BEGGED and they are providing NO support for migrating out It also continues to demand more system resources and the latest OS; when I don't keep up eith the OS because it's fine for me otherwise, then DL becomes either very glitchy or non-functional. Two stars is generous for being abandoned at this point. ### 5/5 — Daylite keeps me on top of my life. *2025-02-18* I’ve used Daylite for years. And it has helped me keep on top of both my professional life as a psychologist and my active personal life. To be able to change devices and have all synced up really makes a difference. The way it connects with Mail has saved me untold time. I highly recommend it. ### 5/5 — Integrated Desktop and Mobile CRM *2025-02-15* I think one of the most important features that sets Daylite apart from other CRM’s is the data resides on your device and is not reliant on the internet connection. The cloud just synchronises data between devices. Secondly is that Daylite focuses on Opportunities and Projects. Everything else is in support. Works well. Integrates with apple contacts and calendars well. Have been using Mac, IPad and iPhone with Daylite for 10+ years and it just keeps improving. ### 4/5 — A good app, but with limited features *2024-09-19, version 2024.37.0* Beautiful and stylishly designed application. Just missing support for forms, as well as a very limited e-mail module. For example, there is no e-mail search function. It would be nice if when using the mobile application, there would be no need to return to the macbook because of the lack of functions that are available only on macOS. ### 3/5 — Mail needs more features *2024-04-13, version 2024.13* It would be real helpful if you could search in mail. ### 3/5 — Great product *2024-04-05, version 2024.13* Once I get everything straightened out it will be awesome. ### 2/5 — Calendar syncing is spotty *2024-03-18, version 2024.11* Many times I’ve had a meeting that I accepted or set up using the Mac app, but the phone app doesn’t show it or give notifications for it until I manually open the app on my phone and sync it. Very annoying behavior. ### 2/5 — Expensive *2024-02-29, version 2024.8* While Daylite is full-featured, it has many problems. First, it is EXPENSIVE. $420 annually for the lowest tier is far too expensive for low volume users. Second, it crashes a lot. Third, its calendar and mail integrations are a bit twitchy. (Although when it works, mail integration is good) No support for Messages or other messaging platforms. Overwrote my address book card many times, causing system-wide auto fill issues. Also for the price, I expected better support. I ended my subscription today to test out more reasonably priced options for low volume users like myself. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Wie ist das Möglich? *2026-03-16, version 2026.10.0* Generell ist die app sehr gut. Warum jetzt nur einen Stern? Man mag es kaum glauben, es ist nicht möglich Bilder IN der Mail in der app zu speichern. D.h. wenn man die E-Mail in eine Daylite-Aufgabe / Aktivität / einen Workflow kopiert, verschwinden die in der email platzierten Bilder. Im täglichen Leben heißt das: Die im Daylite gespeicherten E-Mails zeigen die Bilder nur als Anhänge und nicht innerhalb des html E-Mail-Textes an. Noch schlimmer -> wenn man die Mail MIT Bildern sehen will - muß man die Mail in appleMail ansehen (immerhin gibt es da einen Button) Wenn also die emails die man schreibt nur aus Text bestehen und vielleicht einer pdf Rechnung - ist es problemlos.. und ich würde 4 Sterne geben. Möchte man jedoch eine professionell gestaltete HTML-Mail mit Produktbildern versenden oder zu einem Kunden hinzufügen, werden diese nicht angezeigt. Ich kann es wirklich kaum glauben, wir haben 2026 und dieses eigentlich gute Program verhält sich in seiner Emaildarstellung wie 1995… schade ein Stern ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2025-10-02, version 2025.39.0* Old and outdated, many bugs. Try and integrate with Outlook to link mail to contacts and you’ll see. Not worth the high price. Need desktop app to get the most of. And the desktop app is about 10 years outdated. Needs a complete overhaul and revamp. Daylite used to be my go-to app, but it is now crashing all of the time. When I use my M1-iPad Pro, and attempt to open or update a Calendar information is when Daylite crashes. I have been in contact with Daylite Technical Support via countless email message. They give the same advice over-and-over. I follow their advice, and then send them an update of my suggestions. The app still crashes, and I am back on the countless email wheel again. I must have sent at least 40 or 50 email messages. Yet, nobody from MarketCircle has bothered to call me so this Calendar crashing can be fixed. There have been too many times when I have edited a Calendar item and Daylite crashes. Unfortunately, I have to wait a few minutes to re-enter the same information. Downloaded Daylite last night. It was pretty easy to set up, and integrate as I was looking for. Has some very nice features such as creating a contact, company, project, opportunities from email. Have a 2 week trail license and will work with it, but so far, I am liking this better than HubSpot or Zoho, and the monthly subscription is less than my current Zoho description. Zoho does not integrate as well as I would like it too. I hope this is a better solution. So far it looks like it will be what I am looking for. I hope this is helpful to other users looking for an Apple ecosystem CRM. ### 5/5 — Best CRM - Adaptable and Dependable. *2026-03-04, version 2026.8.0* We’ve used this since 2011 and will never go anywhere else. It’s a sandbox that allows you to tweak or adapt to your workflows, etc. I LOVE THAT IT DOWNLOADS TO YOUR COMPUTER so you aren to vulnerable to internet or network disruptions. I have used it for many years and it is my go-to app every day for organizing my work, my projects, classes, appointments, etc. It is simply excellent and the team that supports it does a fantastic job. Made by professionals for professionals. If you want something free or lower level, there are plenty of other options and this is not the app for you. ### 5/5 — Excellent *2025-07-09* Excellent CRM for Mac. Highly adaptable to whatever I've needed. When I've needed help from Dyalite they've given excellent customer serivce and helped me learn what's needed to really make this app work for our business.
