## What is Daylogue?

Daylogue is a digital journal for self-understanding. Put your days into words. Look back at what happened, how you felt, and what has changed. Choose whether AI helps you reflect.

YOUR JOURNAL. YOUR WORDS.

Write a few lines about today, start with a reflection prompt, or log a quick mood check-in. Revisit a good afternoon, a difficult conversation, or an ordinary day you want to remember. Come back whenever you want. There are no streaks to keep.

CHECK IN YOUR WAY

• Write freely or use reflection prompts
• Log mood, energy, stress, and sleep
• Add photos or video
• Organize entries with tags
• Search and revisit your journal history
• Review the moods you recorded over time

WITH OR WITHOUT AI

On supported accounts, No AI Mode lets you keep writing, using prompts, and reviewing your recorded moods without sending new content to Daylogue's AI or voice services. If you separately turn on rules-based patterns, you can also see trends and recurring tags from the information you log.

With AI enabled, eligible synced entries can become short narratives and recurring themes: a person you keep mentioning, a topic you return to, or a change across your entries. Daylogue reads your life back to you. Optional conversational voice check-ins use voice credits.

PRIVACY AND AI

With AI enabled, Daylogue processes eligible synced entries to create narratives and surface patterns. Synced entries are server-readable and are not end-to-end encrypted. Data is protected in transit with TLS, and ordinary account access is restricted with per-user database controls. These controls reduce risk; they do not guarantee that unauthorized access is impossible, and authorized service, support, security, and legal-process paths remain possible.

Daylogue does not sell personal data or use personal entries to train its own models. AI, voice, hosting, messaging, and other disclosed service providers process data to operate requested features according to the current service configuration, written terms, and subprocessor disclosures. On supported accounts and platforms, No AI Mode prevents newly submitted content from being sent to Daylogue's AI and voice services. Entries still sync to Daylogue, and No AI Mode is not local-only or end-to-end encrypted.

When you choose to connect Apple Health on a supported Apple surface, Daylogue imports eligible records as context. Daylogue does not measure sleep, calculate readiness or recovery, infer emotion from physiology, or predict performance. It does not infer emotion from your face or the tone of your voice. It works from the words and structured information you choose to share.

A read is an observation for reflection, not a diagnosis, personality verdict, readiness score, prediction, or statement that one thing caused another.

Daylogue is not therapy, medical care, a medical device, or an emergency or crisis-monitoring service. Automated resources may be shown when covered crisis language is identified, but the system can miss content, respond when resources are not needed, or fail because of product, network, classification, or delivery errors.

Daylogue. The more you logue, the more you learn.

### 5/5 — Pretty Amazing

*2026-06-06*

This app is fantastic. It is a great way to check in with yourself. It is quick and easy and can be done on the go, so it is perfect for those busy day when you barely have a moment to stop and think. I love all of the different check-in options and the prompts that come up as you go along. I think this app would be perfect for everyone, but especially those in therapy, thinking about going to therapy, or moms navigating postpartum. 10/10 recommend.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-04-19*

I truly love this app. It’s become a meaningful outlet for me, a place where I can release thoughts and emotions I don’t always express out loud. Having a space to safely get things off my chest without judgment, and even receive uplifting and inspiring responses, is incredibly powerful. It’s helped me track my feelings, better understand where I am mentally, and see things from perspectives I might not have considered on my own. And the daily text option makes it very easy to check- in.

### 5/5 — Perfect app

Everything about this app is comforting. The background is calming. It doesn’t make you feel rushed or anxious. Top notch. Would recommend to loved ones.

### 5/5 — Best Journaling App!

*2026-03-27*

This app is so easy to use and it makes me actually excited to journal. I often start journaling but then lose momentum as time goes on. With having the daily reminders and being able to get real time feedback it puts a new spin on journaling which helps me stay engaged. I also love that it’s private!

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.09 — 2026-10-14

What's new in 2.09:
• Choose your language when you start, and change app, reply and voice language any time in Settings.
• Inner Circle: choose who to reach "If I need you", and see circle notices in Alerts.
• Tapping a circle notification now opens that person's page or the group.
• The Getting Started card pulls down to one line so it stays out of your way.
• Faster launch, plus fixes for read-aloud and the check-in widget.

### 2.04 — 2026-09-13

A warmer welcome to Daylogue.

Our refreshed App Store gallery brings the V2 experience into focus: a few words about today, a moment to check in, and a place to return to the days you’ve shared.

We’ve also taken care of a few details behind the scenes:
• Corrected the update link so it takes you to Daylogue’s App Store page.
• Improved startup error reporting to help us investigate problems when the app doesn’t open as expected.

A good afternoon. A difficult conversation. A small thing you don’t want to forget. There’s room for all of it.

Daylogue. The more you logue, the more you learn.

### 2.03 — 2026-09-12

This update includes fixes for journal exports and secure key storage.

### 2.02 — 2026-09-10

Updated our App Store name to Daylogue: Digital Journal.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-09-09

If Daylogue stopped opening after the last update, this build fixes it. Your entries were never lost. They were on the server the whole time, and they come back as soon as you sign in.

Chat is easier to use. The send button sits right beside the message field, and the return key sends. The one-time notice appears once, on its own, and then gets out of your way. On Today, Chat is a card below your check-in instead of the first thing on the page.

Everyone now opens on the redesigned Daylogue. If you had switched back to the classic layout, you stay there, and the choice is still yours in Settings.

Daylogue is not therapy and is not a replacement for professional care.
