It continues to freeze, hopeless. The program is totally flawed why is the department using this program ### 1/5 — Change school option *2026-07-03* Very hard to get it to change schools when you want to check both children but they go to different schools, it seems to get stuck ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-06-29* This has to be one of the worst apps! I usually go back & use the previous version of the app but will soon no longer be able to. Can’t I just change my password?) - viewing “my profile” page shows a full screen error that you can’t get back from and need to kill the app to proceed ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2025-09-24* This app simply won’t work on my phone (iPhone 16), I just keep getting a spinning loop.
